Current Full-Time Opportunities:

The School-Based Site Director is responsible for direct program leadership, including managing and overseeing the Boys & Girls Club of Manchester’s state-licensed after-school program operated directly within the assigned elementary school. Supervise and administer the program and program staff’s planning, development, and implementation. Work closely with the school administration concerning the sharing of program space and the utilization of the school.

Current Part-Time Opportunities:

The Area Supervisor provides support to the Program Director to ensure members are participating in the daily age-appropriate activities in a safe manner, are feeling welcomed into the group setting and are following the Club’s rules and policies.

Pay Rate: $14/hour

The Assistant Learning Center Director will assist the Director with planning and implementing age-appropriate and high-yield learning activities and programs. Serve as a mentor and role model to members through individual attention and participation in activities and events.

Pay Rate: $17/hour
Hours: 17.5 hours/week
Requirements: 18+ years old

The Assistant Site Director at Gossler Park will assist the Director with planning and implementing age-appropriate and high-yield learning activities and programs. Serve as a mentor and role model to members through individual attention and participation in activities and events.

Pay Rate: $20/hour
Hours: 32 hours/week (benefits eligible)
Requirements: 18+ years old
