I was a member of the Boys & Girls Club of Boston for a summer as a child and remember having such fun. As I advanced in my career, I wanted to make a positive impact in the lives of children. When the Director of Human Resources position became available in 2022, I jumped at the opportunity. I love being a part of the Boys & Girls Club of Manchester administrative team and being part of finding and building a dynamic group of people who work hard to make a positive impact on the lives of our members and their families.
McEdward loves that his job allows for him to multitask,

Kim has been able to work here for so long because of how her coworkers make each day enjoyable. She loves seeing the staff’s devotion to the members and always tries to come to work with a positive attitude.
Gilbert lets everyone know that he has their back. He perfectly exemplifies being able to do whatever someone sets their mind to regardless of their background. Gilbert can solve a Rubik’s Cube in under a minute which is super impressive to both kids and adults.
Mina believes that every day she gets to work with children is a gift. Hearing their stories and seeing the impact that the staff has on them leaves her speechless. Being a Harry Potter fan who is passionate about make-up and nails makes Mina pretty popular with the kids.
Wendy was a member in her youth and grew into an important career here. She loves seeing how surprised touring volunteers are when they see all of the activities and services the Club offers.
Brittany feels honored to be a part of Club members’ lives. She has been here long enough to see adults come through the doors who were once members. Brittany loves being surrounded by the magic that makes those alums’ eyes light up as they recall their time in the Club.
Ginny spends every day shaping the next generations as she was shaped through her time as a member here. She is passionate about giving love and guidance to our members who might need just a little more than they receive outside of the club
Keith loves showing the kids phenomena and technologies that he thinks are cool or crazy. He gets to create experiments for them based around his interests which sparks their interest in science. Nikki creates a safe place where kids can come home and be themselves without fear. She comes to work every day with a smile and helps at least one person who may not be smiling. Nikki loves animals of all types, but her dream is to hop in a cage and swim with the sharks.
